2. Sleep:
Ashwagandha is used to support sleep quality and relaxation. However, it is advisable to consult a doctor for persistent or severe sleep issues.
Ingredients:
Ashwagandha root powder
Milk or lukewarm water
Honey (as required)
Preparation Method:
Ashwagandha roots are thoroughly dried and ground into a fine powder. For use, the prescribed amount of powder can be mixed with lukewarm milk or water.

How to Use:
Ashwagandha powder is generally consumed with milk or lukewarm water. Healthy adults aged 18–59 years can take approximately 1–3 grams (about ¼–½ teaspoon, depending on the product’s density), as per the product label. It is not appropriate to specify a dosage for children, adolescents, or the elderly without expert advice.
Important: “1 teaspoon” does not equate to the same weight (in grams) for every powder. Therefore, it is best to mention both the weight in grams and the approximate teaspoon measurement in the article.
